Introducing the second installment of Jews About Town! My partnership with JewishBoston continues. Tonight I had the pleasure of attending the Young Couple Hanukkah party. Besides being filled with delicious Hanukkah themed food AND a friendly game of Stump Trivia, the couples brought gifts for JF&CS to pass along to families and children in need.
This installment of Jews About Town will be posted to Jewish Boston and the Jewish Boston facebook page later this week.

I worked on writing the same emotions through a late night wandering.

Here's a question for you: what is better than friends? And, before you answer that, here's another one. What is better than hotdogs? And, before you answer that, what is better than curly cheese fries? BEFORE YOU ANSWER THAT, what is better than all of those things combined? That's right.... nothing.

As part of my new partnership with JewishBoston.com I'll be photographing a few events a month for a Jews About Town feature. I started last night with the (undefeated) Maccabi Rugby team's 1st Annual Hannukah Party.
Photographing a party in dark, poorly (and unevenly) lit room is always a challenge.  Luckily the party was hopping, so there was no shortage of people to capture. All in all, it was a great event, and really quite fun to photograph.
A set of photos will be going up on the Facebook and on JewishBoston.com later this week. Stay tuned for more in this ongoing (and very diverse) party series!

Gatsby is a three year old Boxer mix adopted from the shelter. He's also so gosh darn cute that it was hard to choose just a few photos to post-- but, I figured, why should I deprive you of adorable puppy pictures? So, I present: an afternoon with Gatsby!

One of the greatest things about living in Boston is never knowing what a walk across town will find you. Today I wandered into not one, not two, but THREE protests. Here is the story of justice in Syria- a protest attended by people of all generations and backgrounds. There was also free pizza.
